1. Shopping cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button. This will place your selection in the basket. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by clicking on the "trash" box or by canceling the order process. By clicking the button "Proceed to checkout" you will get to the ordering process. There you can order with or without a customer account.
2. Order with customer account
If you register at www.contra.de, you have the possibility to order faster. Because you enjoy the advantage of having to enter your customer data only once. You can easily manage the newsletter and you have the possibility to save your shopping cart automatically in case you have to interrupt your order. If you want to use these and other advantages immediately, you can register here at www.contra.de!
3. Order without customer account
If you would like to order without a customer account, simply place your order in the shopping cart without logging in or registering. After clicking on "Proceed to checkout" you will be asked to enter all data necessary to process your order.
By placing your order as a guest, you will not be able to place further orders quickly. Additionally, there is no overview of your purchase history. CONTRA will ask for and use your personal data as a guest exclusively for the processing of the order. After completion of your order, the data you entered will be deleted. You can find more information about the confidentiality of your data under data protection information.
4. Select payment and shipping method
Choose your payment method and shipping method. For the payment method you can choose between payment in advance, direct debit, payment on invoice, credit card, instant bank transfer, Paypal and voucher. For shipping you can choose between standard shipping with DHL, espress shipping with DHL and standard shipping with DPD.
5. Complete the order process
Before you complete the order process, please check your details and your product selection again and adjust them if necessary.Please read the terms and conditions, the information on data protection and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree to these terms and conditions with a check mark. By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" you send your order to us and submit a legally binding offer. First, we confirm receipt of the order with an automatic e-mail (order confirmation). However, this does not represent a legally binding acceptance of the order by us. A contractual relationship only comes into effect with our written order confirmation, which we will send to you in writing (letter) or electronically (fax or e-mail). A contractual relationship is also established by delivery of the goods. We are entitled to refuse the acceptance of the order.
