Simply try out what is fun, discover fascinating articles and convince yourself of promising market novelties: In our 19 shops and depots in Germany, shopping becomes an experience - 1 x also very close to you! Speed of delivery is an important criterion when shopping on the Internet. For this reason, the online shop is connected to our modern merchandise management system. As a rule, you will receive 95% of the ordered goods within 1 - 2 working days (subject to availability of goods). You can check at any time whether the item is in stock or not. Immediate availability is the most important building block for fast delivery.
8. Our Promise
If you order by 1:30 p.m., your parcel will be sent to you on the same day (subject to availability of goods). Naturally with Saturday delivery by our logistics provider DHL. For those in a hurry: 24-hour EXPRESS service. The one-day service from DHL.
9. Flexible Delivery
Are you not at home during the usual delivery times? No problem! With us, you can determine your desired delivery address yourself and your parcel is guaranteed to arrive at your door. Of course, we also deliver to DHL packing stations. The dimensions can be up to 60x30x30 cm. Maximum weight: 21.5 kg. If it exceeds this, the parcels will be delivered to the nearest packing station.
10. International Delivery
We know no borders! For deliveries outside of Germany, flat-rate amounts for shipping costs will be added depending on the destination country. For large items, freight charges are available on request.
11. Shipment Tracking
With shipment tracking, you can easily keep an eye on your shipment and check its status at any time. You will receive the tracking number automatically by e-mail after the parcel has been made available for dispatch by us. Alternatively, you can obtain your tracking number from one of our customer service representatives.
12. Payment Options
Try on first, then pay! Pay conveniently by invoice within 14 days of receiving the goods*. Transfer the corresponding amount after receiving the goods. We also accept payment in advance, by credit card, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.de.
