The CONTRA headquarters in Henstedt-Ulzburg is located about 25 km north of Hamburg's city limits, in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. This headquarters is the core of our company. Around 25 people work here in management, administration, order processing, customer service, the central warehouse, IT, and marketing. The CONTRA team comes from the Henstedt-Ulzburg area and Hamburg. Our team is made up equally of men and women and consists mostly of active recreational and club table tennis players. Over many years, we have built a team united by a passion for table tennis.
The CONTRA team is customer-oriented, flexible, and well-coordinated. Years of experience in online retail and extensive table tennis knowledge ensure smooth processes from online shopping to shipping. Our warehouse holds around 90,000 products, including approximately 4,000 different items available for immediate shipping. With a large selection and well-stocked inventory, we ensure that we can quickly supply table tennis players in Germany and around the world with their equipment. For those who need their gear urgently, our local pickup option allows you to collect your order within just two hours.

PICKUP STATION HENSTEDT-ULZBURG
Even though our headquarters in Henstedt-Ulzburg isn't a typical retail store, you as a customer have the option to pick up your order on the same day. Please note our two-hour preparation time. Orders can be placed via email or phone. In addition to pickups, we also offer bat assembly services because proper assembly ensures uninterrupted playing enjoyment. An optional wood sealing service can be added as well. Hobby and recreational bats, cleaners, and balls are available for pickup without pre-order. If you have any questions about items available for immediate pickup, feel free to contact us by phone.

Pickup Station, How It Works:
1. Order:
- Please first check product availability in our online shop.
- Please send us an order email at info@contra.de with the subject "Pickup Henstedt-Ulzburg".
- Alternatively, you can order by phone at +49 4193 991820. Please inform us that you would like to pick up your items.
- Rubber replacement: Pre-ordered rubbers can be mounted on an existing blade upon pickup. Please indicate your request when placing your order. The assembly costs only €2.00 per side and takes about 15 minutes. Please remember to bring your blade for assembly.
- Please provide a complete billing address or your customer number with your order.
2. Pickup:
- Your order will be ready for pickup after two hours.
- Pickup is possible Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 13:30 PM to 4:30 PM (please consider the lead time).
- Hobby and recreational bats, cleaners, and balls are available for pickup without pre-order.
3. Cashless Payment:
- Please pay for your order exclusively cashless at the pickup station.
- For club needs, invoice payment is possible for existing customers.
Note:
In front of the CONTRA head office in Henstedt-Ulzburg there are sufficient parking spaces and
good for self-collection of large items such as table tennis tables!
