Important note on delivery times:
Since the beginning of the rebel attacks on cargo ships in the Red Sea and the Suez Canal, travelling through these areas has become very risky. Almost all shipping companies have changed their routes and are now bypassing the crisis area via the so-called Cape route around Africa. This diversions considerably extends delivery times and significantly increases freight costs. Fortunately, we at CONTRA can absorb the increased costs and do not have to increase the shipping costs for our customers. Unfortunately, however, we have no influence on the longer delivery times. This means that we may not always be able to meet the announced delivery dates. We very much regret this and apologise to all those affected. We hope that the situation will ease soon and ask for your patience if the stated delivery date for an item is delayed.

2. Customer information on the electronic conclusion of a contract
The following information for contracts concluded online within the framework of distance selling does not constitute contractual terms. The contractual conditions are contained in our GTC.
2.1 Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract
a) If you have found your desired item in our online shop via the navigation or the search and are on the item detail page, you can place the item or a variant (e.g. colour, size or sponge thickness) of it in your shopping cart with a mouse click. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart symbol in the menu above the navigation bar. After you have clicked on the symbol, the shopping basket will be displayed as a preview. From this shopping basket preview you can reach your shopping basket by clicking on the shopping basket button. If you want to buy the item more than once, you can select the quantity on the item detail page using the drop-down list (located above the shopping cart button). If you do not select a quantity, the quantity set for the shopping basket is 1. In your shopping basket you will find an overview of all the items you have marked for your purchase, their prices, the shipping costs and the total amount of your purchase including VAT. In your shopping cart preview and on the shopping cart page, you can change the item quantities and/or delete items. In the shopping basket you can also enter your discount codes and vouchers in the field provided. The total amount you have to pay will be updated automatically. From the shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the corresponding button.
b) Your shopping cart is filled and you would like to complete your purchase? Great, please click on the button "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT" in your shopping cart preview or in your shopping cart. At CONTRA you can complete your purchase in just two steps. In the first step we need your shipping information. Please log in on the page if you are already registered as a customer with us. If you don't have a customer account with us yet, you can alternatively create an account for yourself, order as a guest or create an account for your club. If you open a customer account, we need your confirmation that we are allowed to save and process your data, please activate the checkbox provided for this purpose. With the button "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT" you will get to the page where you can complete your order in the second step.
c) Your billing address is displayed on the "Complete order" page, but you can also change your billing address. Your delivery address is displayed and you can also change it. Please select the payment method you would like to use and choose a shipping method. All items in your shopping cart are displayed and you can change the quantities and/or delete items. All discounts are displayed as well as the subtotal, the shipping costs and the total amount. In the field "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" you can write us a message about your order. If you confirm with the checkbox that you have read our terms and conditions and agree with them, then you can order your goods from us subject to payment.
d) After completing your order, you will be redirected to the confirmation page that we have received your order. You will receive your order number and can print your order confirmation directly from this page. We will of course also send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and listing its details (confirmation of receipt). Click on the button "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to return to our homepage.
e) The purchase contract between you and us is concluded by sending a second e-mail as order confirmation or contract confirmation or by sending the items ordered by you. A different regulation applies to selection and test shipments (see point 6.).
2.2 Cancel order (e.g. due to input error)
You can cancel the entire order process at any time. In the event of cancellation, your data will not be stored in any way.
2.3 Saving the order data
We save your order data and send it to you by e-mail. From this order confirmation, you can view our terms and conditions and cancellation policy by clicking on them. You can view your order data at any time in the order history if you have created a customer account with us.
2.4 Contract language
All contracts are concluded in German/English.
3. Pricing
(a) All prices include the statutory value added tax. The prices at the time of the order apply. Deliveries are always made against invoice. In the case of price-fixed articles, we are obliged to charge any new price fixed by the supplier.
(b) Details and the period of validity of limited offers (special offers) can be found where they are displayed in our online shop. Despite careful stocking, it can happen that a special offer item is sold faster than expected. We therefore give no delivery guarantee. The following applies: Only while stocks last.
(c) Recalculations to the shipping and postage flat rate (see sections 4.2. and 4.4.) and to discounts (see sections 4.3. and 4.4.) are possible for returns.
4. Terms of delivery and payment
4.1 Payments
We accept prepayment, credit card, PayPal, invoice or sofortüberweisung.de. Payment by bank transfer or direct debit is reserved for regular customers only. By direct debit CONTRA grants a 2% discount within 8 days. This service is only available to customers in Germany. Payment by Amazonpay can only be made with a guest account. Deliveries abroad are only made by prepayment, credit card or PayPal.

4.2 Shipping costs
All items are delivered free of charge within Germany from an invoice value of € 69.00. All shipping costs for deliveries under € 69.00 can be found on the Shipping page. If the original invoice value is reduced because the customer makes full or partial use of his right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are based on the value of the goods actually purchased.
Example: A consumer in Germany orders two items with a total invoice value of € 100.00. He revokes this in relation to an item with a value of € 50.00. The value of the goods actually purchased is then only € 50.00, so that the customer has to bear the shipping and postage flat rate of € 5.50, which will be charged to him afterwards. Here it goes to order and to delivery.
4.3 Order discounts
We would like to point out that order discounts will be reclaimed or corrected if the consumer no longer reaches the order value required for an order discount after a return (after cancellation)! If the required order value is no longer reached as a result of the revocation, we can reclaim the special items, which are linked to a minimum turnover, or charge them in full. 4.4 Returns
Returns to CONTRA are free of charge. To do this, please use the return sticker that you can access via a link in the email with your invoice. If you no longer have access to this link, please give us a call or send us an email and we will email you your return label. You will be billed for the additional costs for goods returned freight collect.
5. Delivery period and delivery time
(a) The delivery period is the period between the day the order is placed by the consumer and the day of delivery, in the case of prepayment the period between the day payment is received and the day of delivery. We deliver immediately available items within only 1-4 working days (Monday-Saturday) with the shipper of your choice. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of the public holiday.
(b) We always show you the delivery time for your desired item directly on the respective item. So you can see at a glance when you can expect delivery. We will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery. If an item is exceptionally not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective item page. The delivery of tables and certain large units is carried out by a forwarding agent after prior consultation with you.
6. Guarantee
The statutory warranty applies to all goods from our shop. You can find details in our Terms and Conditions.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14 (1) of the ODR Regulation. This gives consumers the opportunity to initially resolve disputes in connection with an online order without having to go to court. The dispute resolution platform can be reached at this link.
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
