30 DAYS MONEY BACK

You have 30 days to return ordered goods.

WWe want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That's why we're extending your 14-day right of withdrawal to a 30-day return option, giving you a 30-day money-back guarantee. Then there is no hurry to try on your ordered clothing or to check your ordered goods. If something does not fit or please you, or if you are not satisfied for any other reason, you can return all items within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Excluded from this are goods for which the legal right of withdrawal does not apply, such as table tennis bats that have been assembled according to your wishes. The return of your goods within Germany is free of charge.

Create your return label

Please use the DHL return label that we provide for your free return. In order to use the return label, please click on the marked link contained in the e-mail with the shipping confirmation of your goods. This link will take you to a form page from DHL where you can enter your sender data. If you have entered your data correctly and clicked the Next button, you will be taken to a DHL page from which you can open or download your returns label as a PDF and print it out yourself. You will also receive a QR code on the page that you can show to have the label printed out at a Deutsche Post branch, a DHL parcel shop, at most DHL Packstations or by your DHL delivery person. DHL will also send you an email with all the listed options for creating a label.

Please fill in the return form

You will make it much easier for us to process your returned goods if you fill out your return form and enclose it with your return. If we can process your return more quickly, you will also get your money back more quickly.

Important note

Please do not return your goods to us freight collect. The additional costs of goods returned freight collect will be charged to you subsequently. Your statutory right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return option and continue to apply without restriction.

Summary

  1. You can only return unused/unworn goods
  2. Please repack the goods you wish to return, if possible, in their original packaging.
  3. Open the email from CONTRA with the shipping confirmation
  4. Please print out the attached PDF with the return slip
  5. Please help us and fill in the return form
  6. Put all the items you want to return neatly and with the return slip in your package.
  7. Please click on the return link in the email with the shipping confirmation, you will then be taken to a DHL page.
  8. Please fill in the form on the DHL page and click continue
  9. Please print out the DHL return label yourself or have DHL print it out for you
  10. Stick the label on your parcel and send the goods you want to return to CONTRA via DHL

New return note and new returns label

Exclusion

We do not take back goods that are prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. We do not take back sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery. We do not take back goods from consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
