Order, delivery & return
1. shopping card
Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will put your selection in the cart. You can change this selection at any time until submitting your order by clicking the "Trash" box or by canceling the order process. By clicking on the button "Continue to checkout" you will get to the order process. There you can order with or without a customer account.
2. Order with customer account
When you register at www.contra.de, you have the opportunity to shop faster. Because you enjoy the advantage to enter your customer data only once. You can conveniently manage your newsletters and have the option to automatically save the shopping cart in case you have to interrupt your shopping. If you want to use these and other benefits immediately, you can register here at www.contra.de!
3. Order without customer account
If you want to order without a customer account, you place your order in the shopping cart without registration. After clicking on "Proceed to checkout" you will be asked to enter all data required to process your order. By placing your order as a guest customer, you refrain from fast ordering when ordering further. In addition, there is no overview of your order history. CONTRA will ask for and use your personal data as a guest customer exclusively for the processing of the order. After completing your order, the data you enter will be deleted. Please read carefully the general terms and conditions, the data protection and the cancellation explanation. You can only continue with the order by ticking it. By clicking the button "order and pay" you send us your order and make a legally binding offer. First, we confirm the receipt of the order with an automatic e-mail (order confirmation). This does not constitute a legally binding acceptance of the order by us. A contractual relationship only comes into effect with a written order confirmation by us, which we will send you in writing (letter) or electronically (fax or e-mail). A contractual relationship is also concluded by delivery of the goods. We are entitled to refuse to accept the order.

7. Delivery time
(a) The delivery period is the period between the date of delivery of the order by the consumer and the day of delivery, in advance payment, the period between the date of receipt of payment and the date of delivery. We deliver immediately available items within only 1 to 4 working days (Monday-Saturday) with DHL parcel shipping. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or on a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of the holiday. (b) The applicable delivery time for your desired item, we always show you directly on each article. So, you see directly when you can expect the delivery. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately. If, for once, an item is not in stock or can´t be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this is indicated separately on the respective product page. The delivery of tables and certain large appliances takes place after prior agreement with you by a forwarding agency.
8. Our tip: Tracking
In the DHL consignment tracking you can at any time by clicking on a link (will be sent to us by e-mail delivery) see the delivery status of your orders. Unless you specify another address, your billing address will automatically be your delivery address as well. If you are already a customer, you can instead use a fixed delivery address, for example indicate your company or relatives. Alternatively, you can - very flexibly - have each order delivered to any address within Germany.

- Delivery time for available items is usually 2-5 days within Europe and 10-14 days worldwide.
10. 24-hour express delivery
If you wish, you can receive goods in stock very quickly within Germany: simply select DHL Express during the ordering process. Order by Monday to Friday until 13:00 clock with 24-hour delivery, DHL delivers the next working day - even on Saturday (plus 10 € on Saturday delivery). The shipment Costs will be calculated on base of the weight / volume during the checkout process.
11. 30 days return option with free return (only national customers free return policy)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Thanks to our 30-day return option, you are in no hurry to try it out. If something does not suit you or you like it, you can return all items (with the exception of goods excluded from the revocation) within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We provide free returns when using our sent DHL returns label (only national customers free return policy). Please do not send your goods unfree back to us. The additional costs of unfree returned goods will be charged to you. Your statutory right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return option and continue to apply without restriction.
12. That's how easy it is to return to CONTRA
• Return the item to its original packaging;
• Complete the return slip;
• Put all items together with the return slip in the package;
• Glue the return label on the package;
• Finally, you hand over the addressed parcel of to your post office..

13. Subsequent calculation of the postage and delivery charge
If you have received our delivery because of the total invoice value without calculation of the postage and shipping flat rate, could after returning parts of our delivery, the total invoice value (invoice less credit for the returned items) of your purchase made this under 75 euros. Since the postage and delivery charge is only granted for a total invoice value from 75 euros, we will later charge the flat rate of 4.90 euros (Section 4.3. Terms and Conditions).
14. Subsequent recalculation of your discount
If, due to the total invoice value of your purchase, you are granted a discount that depends on the total invoice value, a lower total invoice value (invoice less credit for the returned items) could result after the return of parts of our delivery, which no longer corresponds to the discount granted. In such a case, we will make a subsequent recalculation of your rebate depending on the new total bill value. The discount difference will be charged later. (Section 4.2. GTC).
