1. Delivery period and delivery time

Delivery period: The delivery period is the period between the day of the submission of the order by the consumer and the day of delivery, in case of prepayment the period between the day of receipt of payment and the day of delivery. Immediately available items we deliver within only 1 to 4 working days (Monday-Saturday) by DHL. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of the public holiday.

Delivery time: We always show you the delivery time for your desired item directly at the respective article. So you can see at a glance when you can expect delivery. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately. If an item is exceptionally not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, it will be indicated separately on the respective product page. The delivery of tables and certain large appliances will be carried out by a carrier after prior consultation with you.

2. Delivery and shipping costs

Depending on the size and type of your order, shipping will be done by DHL, DPD or with a carrier. CONTRA ships worldwide. In individual cases, further costs may arise, which CONTRA is not responsible for and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

From 69 Euro invoice value the shipping within Germany is free of charge for you..

3. 24-hour express delivery

If you wish, you can receive articles in stock particularly quickly within Germany: simply select DHL Express in the order process. If you order from Monday to Friday until 13:00 with 24-hour delivery, DHL will deliver on the next working day, even on Saturday (plus 10 € for Saturday delivery). Prices are calculated automatically for you according to weight or volume weight in the checkout.

4. 30-day return option with free return shipping (only within Germany)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Thanks to our extended 30-day return policy, you don't have to hurry when trying out and trying on your products. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return all items (with the exception of items excluded from cancellation) within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We grant free returns when using our DHL return label within Germany. To do so, please click on the return link that you received by e-mail together with your invoice. Please do not send your goods back to us without postage. You will be charged for the additional costs of goods returned without postage. Your legal right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return option and continue to apply without restriction.

5. This is how easy the return at CONTRA is. Our recommendation:

  • Repack your items in the original packaging;
  • Fill out the return form;
  • Put all items together with the return form into the package;
  • Click on the return link that you received by e-mail with your invoice;
  • You will get access to a DHL return label; simply print it out and stick it on the return shipment to us;
  • Finally, you hand over the addressed and stamped package to your DHL parcel drop-off point. You do not have to pay any more parcel fees.

6. Subsequent calculation of the postage and shipping fee

If you have received our delivery because of the total invoice value without charging the postage and shipping fee, after returning parts of our delivery, the total invoice value (invoice minus credit for the returned items) of your purchase made for this purpose could be less than 69 €. Since the postage and shipping fee is only charged for a total invoice value of less than 69 €, we will subsequently charge the fee of 5,50 €.

7. Subsequent recalculation of your discount

If you have been granted a discount based on the total invoice value of your purchase, a lower total invoice value (invoice minus credit note for the returned items) may result after returning parts of our delivery, which no longer corresponds to the discount granted. In such a case we will recalculate your discount depending on the new total invoice value. The discount difference will then be charged to you subsequently.
