RUBBER REPLACEMENT SERVICE WITH THE RACKET CONFIGURATOR

We install new rubbers on your existing blade.

Want to equip your table tennis bat with new rubbers but keep your current blade? No problem – our rubber replacement service offers you a simple and professional solution.

Please note: The CONTRA rubber replacement service can only be used if a configured racket is ordered via the racket configurator!

This is how it works

1. Open the racket configurator
   Access the racket configurator directly from here (page opens in a new window). Alternatively, you can also access the racket configurator page via the categories Rubbers (page opens in a new window) and Blades (page opens in a new window) in the main navigation. If you are already on a rubbers or blades category page, you will find the link to the racket configurator in the subcategory navigation.
2. Select blade
   In the next step, select your own blade: To add your blade to the racket configurator, search for customer blade in the overview of all blades. Once you have found customer blade, add it to the racket configurator. When you select customer blade (your own blade), you can choose whether and which sealant your blade should receive.
   
   Our tip: To avoid having to search through the entire blade overview, enter customer blade in the search field above the manufacturer filter, and the customer blade will be displayed directly, saving you time searching for it.
3. Select forehand rubber
   Add a new forehand rubber to your own blade.
4. Select backhand rubber
   Add a new backhand rubber to your own blade and the chosen new forehand rubber.
5. Select edge tapeAdd edge tape to your own blade and new rubbers. If you do not require edge tape, please select No edge tape.
6. Add to shopping cart
   Once you have finished configuring your racket with your own blade, add the racket to your shopping cart.
7. Order completion
   Once we have received your order, we will send you a DHL label by email, which you can use to send us your blade free of charge (only applies to shipping within Germany). Important: Please remove your old rubbers before sending us your blade and make sure that all adhesive residue has been removed. Once we have received your blade, your new rubbers will be mounted on your blade immediately and your order will be shipped (subject to availability).

Withdrawal Exclusion
We do not accept returns of goods that are prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
