The robot comes with 40 pre-programmed exercises for players of all levels so you can start your practice session right away after unpacking. Of course, you can easily edit all exercises to suit your needs. Simply adjust ball placement, speed, spin and delivery height to your requirements. With up to 120 balls per minute, Gewo Delta Nexxt features a delivery frequency which will even get professionals to break a sweat. Thanks to IFC (Individual Frequency Control), you can configure the timing of the balls of an exercise such that an authentic playing speed is obtained. Interval training sessions can be designed easily using the cycle and grouping features simply by repeating or forming a series of one or more exercises and allowing for short rest periods between the intervals.
