When you register at contra.de, you have the opportunity to shop faster. Because you enjoy the advantage of having to enter your customer data only once. 2. My address information has changed - what should I do?
If your address or your e-mail address has changed, you don´t need to notify this to CONTRA separately. Just change your address or e-mail address on the next order after you have logged in. After ordering, your personal data will be displayed for review - here you have the option to adjust or change the data.

The protection of your personal data during the collection, processing and use during your visit to our online shop is very important for us. 5. What are the delivery costs?
All items are delivered from an invoice value of 75 euros within Germany postage and packaging free. Up to 74.99 Euro invoice value, a postage and delivery charge of 4.90 Euro will be charged. Shipping and postage costs for foreign deliveries please refer to the order information under order, delivery & return. If the original invoice value is reduced by the customer making full or partial use of his right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are based on the value of the goods actually acquired by him. 6. Has my order arrived? How can I recognize this?
As soon as your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address stored at us, in which the order data is again noted. This order confirmation serves on the one hand to inform you that the order has been received at us and on the other hand for your protection, so that no stranger with your access data can place orders.
7. How can I redeem my CONTRA vouchers?
You can redeem the voucher in the CONTRA online shop and in CONTRA shops (TT-World Hamburg, Mühlendamm 88; Shop Henstedt-Ulzburg, Heidekoppel 26, Contra München, Westendstraße 104) and also by telephone. When you buying online, a special coupon code field is provided in the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code here and the value will be charged immediately with your order. Only one coupon code can be entered in the field. If you would like to redeem multiple vouchers, add this as a comment in the appropriate form field later in the ordering process. When ordering by phone, simply name the coupon code to the customer advisor.
8. How fast will I receive my goods?
We deliver immediately available items within only 1 to 4 working days (Monday-Saturday) with DHL parcel shipping. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or on a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of the holiday. We will always show you the delivery time for your desired article directly on the respective article. So, you see at a glance when you can expect the delivery. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately. If, for once, an item is not in stock or can´t be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this is indicated separately on the respective product page. The delivery of tables and certain large appliances takes place after prior agreement with you by a forwarding agency.
9. My goods have not arrived yet! Who can help me?
If your ordered goods have not yet arrived against the delivery time specified in the online shop, please use the contact form to receive information about your order. Please note in any case your customer data and order number, so that we can give you as soon as possible information.
10. Can I change my order later?
Since all incoming orders are transferred directly into our system, you should contact us as soon as possible in case of a change request with the telephone number 04193/991820. Only then can you find out if a change is still possible.
11. What should I do if I don´t like the goods and I want to return them?
You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (for example, letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. For details, please refer to the right of withdrawal & cancellation form. For the return please use the attachment to the return slip and the ready-made white DHL return label. The return slip and the DHL return label are included in your delivery. Please don´t send your goods unfree back to us. The additional costs of unfree returned goods will be charged to you.
12. How do I handle a complaint?
If there are errors in the article, we will send it back to the manufacturer directly and complain. Of course, you can send the article back to us free of charge. Depending on your wishes, you will receive your money back or we will send you an exchange article as soon as possible. For return please use the enclosed DHL return label and the return slip. 13. What do I have to do in case of a return?
CONTRA has made the return process easy for you. Your shipment will be accompanied by a return slip and a pre-made white DHL return label. Please complete the return slip first and attach it to your return shipment. For the return, use the box with which you received your goods. Then provide him with the white DHL return label. Finally, you hand over the addressed and franked parcel of your post office. You will no longer pay any package charges. 14. How do I get a return slip or DHL return label?
